MEET MY SISTERS' HOUSE...

 One of my best friends lost 8 years of her life to an abusive relationship, and she is not alone. It’s proven that 1 in 3 women will be the victim of domestic abuse and / or violence during their lifetime. 

Did you know that the very reason we are creating these knickers is because of my best friend and her bravery??

One day she managed to sneak me a message. 
It read: ‘I need to leave him but I don’t know how’

I replied ‘What would you say to your best friend?’

She said ‘Put your BRAVE pants on and crack on with it’

………

Leaving was incredibly hard but piece by piece she put her life back together. 

And I just HAD to make ‘brave bird pants’. 

So it was one of those moments when the universe comes together meeting Julie Budge and My Sisters' House today. Not only do they give women hope in what is most likely the hardest time of their lives, they provide a safe space for emotional and practical help. We are in awe of them as our chosen charity and your support will mean so much.
